What I Teach
Power Vinyasa
Vinyasa means "flow" and Power refers to both the physical and mental power you will feel at the end of this invigorating practice. It combines strength, flexibility and balance, with a little cardio, encouraging you to bring your whole self to focus on the practice.
Postnatal Yoga
Yoga has been my lifeline since having babies, building both my physical and mental strength and flexibility. I’m passionate about offering this practice to other mums, no matter how long ago you had your babies, or where you are on your wellness journey.
Nature-inspired Yoga
Move, Stretch, Tone and Relax
I love nature, and whenever I can, I practice outside, alongside the calming flow of the river. My studio classes are at the award winning ZH Pilates & Wellness Club with gorgeous views across the playing fields, helping to bring nature into our practice, no matter the weather.
