Power Vinyasa
Vinyasa means "flow", and Power refers to both the physical and mental power you will feel at the end of this energising yoga practice. It combines cardio with strength, flexibility and balance, ensuring that you bring your whole self to focus on the practice.
Sequences are designed to flow from one posture to the next, and all have versions suitable for any level of fitness, from complete beginners to advanced yogis. The challenge you get with this practice is completely personal it will be YOUR practice.
Power Vinyasa classes will wind down with deep stretching to release your muscles, and a final savasana to reset your body and mind.

Postnatal
Yoga has been my lifeline since having babies, building both my physical and mental strength and flexibility to deal with the demands of having small children.
In 2022 I qualified as a postnatal yoga instructor, in the hope that I can offer other women the same lifeline that yoga has given to me.
Postnatal yoga is one of the earliest forms of exercise you can do, and is perfectly safe once you have been signed off by your GP at 8 weeks. Postnatal yoga can help you to recover, rehabilitate and rebuild your strength, both physically and mentally, in a safe, gentle and nourishing way.
Postures are fairly static to start with to regain awareness, awaken muscles and build stability. Sequences will become more flowing as you build your strength and balance.
I recommend private classes before 12 weeks (16 weeks for C-section) to ensure movements can be tailored to your unique postnatal journey.
After 12 weeks (16 weeks for C-section) you can continue with private classes, or you may be ready to join small group classes.
