I teach a weekly Vinyasa Power Flow class at the award winning ZH Pilates & Wellness Club’s Esher Studio.
Join me for this invigorating yoga class which combines strength, flexibility and balance, with a little cardio, to find your inner power in both your body and mind.

Private Classes
Postnatal Yoga
I teach private postnatal yoga to women once they have had their 8 week check from their GP and are feeling ready to start re-building their strength post-pregnancy.
Postnatal health and fitness is so personal that, where possible, I believe it is better taught privately or in very small groups (maximum 3 people) to ensure the class can be fully tailored to each woman’s needs.
Vinyasa Flow
If you have a specific goal in mind and want a fully bespoke, dedicated teaching experience, or need yoga to fit within your schedule, I offer private tuition either in the comfort of your own home or at the Esher Studio.

Corporate Classes
Yoga is a great way to take a break and reset during a busy working day. I am based in Elmbridge and can travel to businesses in South West London and Surrey.

In signing up to take part in classes with Rachel Corcoran Yoga, or any substitute Instructor, you agree to the following Disclaimer.
I am voluntarily participating in Yoga classes, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, physical exercise or health.
I recognise that any exercise, including yoga, may cause physical injury and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I participate at my own risk, and assume full responsibility for any injury I may sustain whilst participating in this exercise.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in yoga, and to follow any instruction or guidance offered to ensure safe participation. None of the information or instruction received by Rachel Corcoran Yoga or substitute instructors should be construed as medical advice or instruction.
If I use any of the equipment or props provided by Rachel Corcoran Yoga or the Studio premises, I do so at my own risk, and assume all responsibility for any injury I may sustain from the use of such equipment.
If I am pregnant I understand that I may be more at risk of physical injury, and participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children.
If I am post natal, I understand that I may be more at risk of physical injury. I will only take part in exercise following approval from my GP at my 6-8 week post natal check up, and I assume full responsibility for any injury I may sustain whilst participating in this exercise.
I understand that from time to time during yoga classes, the instructor may physically adjust my form and/or posture. If I do not want such physical adjustments, I will so inform the instructor at each class I attend. If I do wish to receive adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time.
